Bull nearly maims thrill-seeker

An extreme event organized in the city of Hortolândia (São Paulo, Brazil) almost ended in tragedy. A rodeo participant almost died due to a coincidence.

A 20-year-old rider found himself on the verge of death when he was dragged around in a circle by a raging bull at a rodeo. Daniel Alexandre dos Santos began to lose his balance, clinging to the animal. As he fell onto the sand, a piece of rope wrapped around the bull's body caught on his boot, causing the young man to follow the beast like a rag doll.

The rider was eventually separated from the bull. Doctors at the clinic where the thrill-seeker was taken stated that the young man escaped with only a dislocated knee as a result of the ordeal. He is now recovering.
