Disguise did not help the arsonist

A 36-year-old Stary Oskol resident set fire to his neighbor’s car.

On May 23, around midnight, a man who had repeatedly had conflicts with his neighbor, disguised himself from CCTV cameras with branches, doused the car with flammable liquid and set it on fire. At the same time, he almost got hurt.

The operatives detained him without delay. The amount of damage caused will be determined by an expert examination. The man repented of his crime and expressed his intention to restore the car.
