Why fly on city roads like that?

At night in Russia, Volgograd, at the intersection of Lenin Avenue and Komsomolskaya Street, a 21-year-old driver of an Opel Astra flew into an intersection at a red traffic light and crashed at full speed into a Ford Focus, which overturned twice and flew into the curb. Three young people from Focus ended up in the hospital - a 23-year-old driver and passengers aged 21 and 19. It is noted that the street along which Astra was flying has a speed limit of 40 km/h.
