Father and son hit by train

On July 11, at the Gryazi-Voronezhskiye station, a 42-year-old man with a two-year-old son in his arms was hit by a train.

According to the Western Interregional Transport Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the incident occurred on the first track of the first platform of the station.

“A man with a child in his arms, not making sure that there was no approaching train on the first track of the first platform of the Gryazi railway station, was injured by the train. The father and son were hospitalized with various injuries,” the investigation said.

The Investigative Committee is conducting a set of verification activities aimed at establishing the circumstances of the incident.
