A resident of Tikhvin dealt a powerful blow to the head of a supermarket cashier - without explanation, he simply ran into an adult worker and left her with a concussion. After the situation in the video, he was quickly detained by the Russian Guard.

The 57-year-old woman had to go to the hospital urgently, and her colleagues pressed the panic button.
