A bull attacked a man at a festival in Spain

In the Spanish town of Beas de Segura, a bull attacked 33-year-old Santiago Barrero during a traditional bullfighting festival. He suffered several serious wounds to the stomach, chest, and groin.
Doctors fought to save his life, but were unable to save him; he died en route to the hospital.
Santiago wasn't just a participant in the festival; he bred fighting bulls himself, continuing his grandfather's work. Following the tragedy, the festival was suspended. Subsequent festivities will begin with a moment of silence.
