A man saved a stranger who was about to jump off a bridge.

In China, a driver saved the life of a woman who was about to commit suicide. The woman was about to jump from a bridge, but the man in the video stopped her.

The incident occurred in Zhejiang Province. The woman walked onto a road bridge carrying a suitcase, abandoned it on the roadway, and began climbing the guardrail to get over it. The driver, surnamed Yao, braked abruptly and ran out of the car, noticing the woman clearly about to jump. He rushed toward the woman and forcibly pulled her down. He then called emergency services and waited with her until they arrived. After handing the woman over to emergency services, the man drove away.

The entire incident was captured on CCTV. Yao was later found by police and awarded for his selflessness.
