A surveillance camera installed in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, China, captured the moment a tree trunk fell on a cyclist. The injured man was diagnosed with multiple fractures of his cervical and thoracic vertebrae and ribs, as well as a concussion and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
"Furthermore, he suffers from underlying medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and kidney failure, which further complicated his situation," friends of the victim said.
The footage was filmed in April but appeared online a few days ago.
