In Germany, a visitor knocked down a Christmas tree and tore down decorations

In one German city, a man knocked over a Christmas tree erected in a central square and removed its decorations. Eyewitnesses reported that the man acted abruptly and deliberately, and quickly fled the scene after the incident.
