Payment for service

In Kazakhstan, the girl did not want to pay + 10% on the check for service in the establishment.

A lot of establishments include 10-15% for service in the bill, but the funny thing is that this money does not go to the waiters, or only partially goes.

Apparently, this money goes into the general salary fund or for other expenses, or maybe just into someone’s pocket.
