She went to wash her hands and fell into the basement, along with the bathtub and toilet. Emergency Situations Ministry employees had to pull her out. The house was not considered unsafe, but certain areas in the apartment were considered unsafe. My neighbor and I submitted an application to the interdepartmental commission on February 9. And we were told that within 30 working days they would have to make a decision whether to recognize it as an emergency or not,” said the owner of the apartment.

After this wild story with a fall into the basement, a notification came from the mayor's office that the apartment was declared unfit for habitation.

This has nothing to do with accidents. For example, we cannot apply for flexible housing and claim anything. The only thing we agreed with the management company was that they would help me make the floors in the apartment, but I would have to do the plumbing myself.

They also said that at the expense of the capital repair fund, a commission for the breakdown of the house will be made.
