A cyclist collided with a tractor at high speed

The cyclist writes: "Now I have no bike, no elbow, and a torn chin. They've already done two surgeries and there's one more to go. They recommend that I refrain from sports activities for six months. I haven't seen the bike yet, but they said it's broken."

The young man writes that he hasn't met the driver or the contractor responsible for the repairs yet. The victim also notes that his jaw is broken and he can't speak.

The accident happened on October 1 in the Medeu district of Almaty, Kazakhstan.
