An Indian man's last day at work

In India, workers were installing a transformer and carrying out grid reconnection work. Or rather, they were supposed to do all that. A lack of coordination led to a tragedy.

The contractor claims he notified the distribution company about the work scheduled from 12:00 to 16:00 and was certain the line would be de-energized. No one bothered to check or verify; the result is in the video, which was taken around 13:00.
