Attempt to break into someone else's Rolls-Royce leads to arrest

In Miami, a man tried to open the door of someone else's Rolls-Royce, even though the car's owner was behind the wheel. A police officer warned him several times not to touch the car, but the man continued trying to open the door anyway. Ultimately, other police officers intervened: the man was tased twice, then taken to the ground and handcuffed.
