Chinese tank explodes during exercises in Bangladesh

A Chinese Type 59 tank exploded during field exercises at the Hathazari firing range in Bangladesh. As a result, two Bangladesh Army soldiers were killed, and another officer was seriously injured.

According to the publication, the incident occurred during tank firing. Two servicemen inside the vehicle died on the spot. The injured officer was airlifted to the Combined Military Hospital in Dhaka for specialized care. The exact cause of the explosion has not yet been determined, and the military is conducting an investigation.
