In the town of Quevedo in Ecuador, a member of a criminal gang tried to shoot a hairdresser right at his workplace. Fortunately, the gun failed the criminal.
After the incident, the man rented out the premises and has not been there since.
According to local media, more than 10 hairdressers have been killed in Ecuador in recent years. They refused to pay the racketeers or could not raise the required amount.
