The accident occurred on June 8 on Shevchenko Street in Smolensk. According to the traffic police, an 11-year-old cyclist, while moving along the edge of the roadway and turning right, lost control and fell under the wheels of a KAMAZ manipulator driven by a 58-year-old driver. The child died at the scene. A criminal case has been opened.
