The appearance of a crocodile saved the life of an antelope Gnu

A tourist captured a dramatic scene involving a wildebeest. It narrowly escaped becoming prey for crocodiles in Kenya's Maasai Mara reserve.

The wildebeest was lucky that a second crocodile, which swam over and scared off its noticeably smaller counterpart, turned out to be full and let its potential prey escape. Unable to hide his emotions, the tourist captured the bloodless standoff and added a short video to the story showing a lion's failed hunt, in which it couldn't catch another antelope for lunch.
