A piece of ice fell on a woman with a stroller in Kazakhstan
In Pavlodar, a piece of ice fell on the head of a 25-year-old woman who was walking with a stroller. A 12-year-old girl turned out to be involved in the incident.
"According to the minor, while on the balcony, she tried to break off a piece of ice, which accidentally slipped from her hands, fell down, and hit a woman passing by," reported the press service of the Pavlodar Region Police Department. Frightened, the girl did not tell her parents about what happened.
After being hit by the ice, the woman fell. A couple of seconds later, she got up and rushed after the stroller, which was rolling downhill.
The child was unharmed. The mother was hospitalized. Doctors diagnosed the woman with a concussion and a head laceration, and applied stitches.
