A snake over 3.5 meters long attacked a power plant employee in the Indian city of Kota.
A giant python attacked a worker at a thermal power plant in Kota, Rajasthan, India, according to India Today.
The attack occurred when Krishna Engineering employee Nand Singh went to open a valve on a pipeline running through a thicket. The snake, over 3.5 meters long, which had been hiding there, suddenly lunged at him and tightly wrapped itself around his legs. The man screamed and called for help.
Singh's colleagues arrived at the scene approximately 20 minutes later. It took them about 10 minutes to free the victim. One bystander captured the incident on video.
After rescuing Singh, power plant workers beat the python. According to the publication, the snake suffered serious injuries.
